​Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that focuses on improving general mobility, flexibility and stability.  It emphasizes activation of the deep core muscles, while also utilizing all muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion to normalize movement patterns.  Pilates can be done in conjunction with current rehabilitation/physical therapy treatment or done independently as a way to maintain overall function.

At Champion Physical Therapy, we offer Pilates classes that utilize specialized equipment, including reformers, towers, Wunda chairs, Pedi-poles, as well as mat classes.  You can choose private or group classes, which are all tailored to your specific needs and goals.  Our knowledgeable instructors will work with you to individualize movements and exercises during each session.
